Inclusive Institutions: Equal opportunities in Basel

Collaboratio helvetica co-facilitated the Inclusive Institutions project led by Catalyst Nora Refaeil. Nora is a mediator and facilitates systemic transformation processes with an intersectional, diversity-oriented, and power-sensitive lens. During six workshop days and three dialogue events, involved institutions explored different layers of systems change and discussed how equal opportunities in Basel can be realised for all people living there. We explored the challenges of inclusion and possible sustainable solutions. The format of dialogue made it possible to exchange knowledge and experience on this topic, to identify common patterns, but also to find out where the levers for change could lie.
