Curious and purpose-driven, Kaspar Paur is fuelled by his passion for creating life-affirming systems in community living, food choices, relating, and education. He has worked in various positions over the last 15 years, including management consulting, e-commerce leadership, and as a founder. He embraces inner work such as Vipassana meditation and offers coaching based on the concepts of the Conscious Leadership Group.
Diana Oser is particularly interested in work-health interrelations, new forms of collaboration and community building as catalysing elements to reach the Sustainable Development Goals in Switzerland. As a facilitator, she catalyses projects and cooperations by creating safe spaces.
Alexandra Choutko holds a doctorate from ETH Zurich in natural sciences. She is an experienced facilitator. As scrum master, facilitator, coach, workshop designer, courses & retreat organiser and more, she supports people, start-ups, and organisations on their journey towards transformation.
As a certified mediator (SDM) and dialogue expert, Matthias has broad experience in supporting conflict transformation and capacity building – skills he has sharpened in Switzerland and internationally. Sidsel is a fish swimming in the waters of flow, through her soulful practice based on life lessons, she learned to deal with contradictions, suffering, failure – all that makes us human – to bring about transformation and regeneration on a deeper level. As an experienced facilitator, she uses grounding techniques paired with a practical approach to bring about real change. She specializes in addressing conflicts and tensions in group settings by creating profound interpersonal connections through conversation, while working on the individual, collective, and societal levels.
Julia is a Catalyst from Catalyst Lab 2. She graduated from EPFL in 2014 as an environmental engineer and has since dedicated her work to plastic pollution and behavioral changes linked to waste reduction and circular economy. In 2018 after a rocky path in research and then non-profit, she launched Let’s Talk Waste, a service company that offer environmental employee engagement activities for companies, cities and communities.
Katalin Hausel was born in Hungary, and spent the last 25 years living in many different places. Over the years, she has gained 3 Masters degrees (in history, in philosophy, and in fine art). After making and teaching art for more than a decade, she turned away from the art world in 2014, and joined the unMonastery, a social experiment in reimagining monastic communities for the 21st century, as a way to connect rural and urban ways of life. Ever since she has been working on various social transformation projects.
Barbara Seeger is an experienced professional working in(ter)dependently as an organisational developer and leadership-coach in various sectors and branches throughout Switzerland. Originally coming from the field of Human Resources, she grew into counseling for collaboration, change management and personal development and since completed her Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Coaching and Supervision.
Jany Barraut is specialised in Change, Organisational Development and Learning, Jany has been working for 25 years with international organisations, multinational companies and governmental-bodies in various settings - highlighted by 10 years in Asia and a year in Africa. He has worked for Cadbury Plc as a transformation manager, and as a consultant, facilitator and change catalyst with various consultancies in roles focused on bringing change to life in a variety of business models.
Filippo Buzzini is a visual practitioner and facilitator who is passionate about helping clients and partners make sense of complexity and communicate more efficiently with the help of visuals and drawingsHe has experience working visually in 5 continents and 5 languages.Filippo holds a MA degree in History of Contemporary Societies and Geography from the University of Fribourg and previous professional experience in the non-profit, development cooperation and European educational programmes sectors.
Alexandra Gavilano is an environmental scientist and catalyst for a holistic and radical system change. She is widely experienced in bottom-up approaches for change within and between organisations, empowerment of individuals and groups as well as mediation, horizontal organisation, strategy and regenerative culture work for grassroots, social and environmental movements. Her focus lies on system change for environmental protection, strengthening of democratic decision-making, and personal and collective deep adaptation.
Daniel Remigius Auf der Mauer is a systemic coach, conflict counsellor, certified mediator and experienced group facilitator. He has a master’s degree summa cum laude in mediation and conflict management and has trained with international teachers such as William Ury, Lars Kirchhoff and Thomas Hübl in personal development, relational intelligence, trauma-informed conflict transformation and conflict psychology as well as systemic constellation work, relational somatic awareness methods and meditation.
Severin started his “career” in training and facilitation with euforia 2010. Coming out of the University of St. Gallen (HSG) he has been determined to bring change to the business world through creating safe spaces that allow a diverse group of people who would usually not meet to look at their values, dreams and fears and to co-create innovative and sustainable solutions for our planet. He is decorated with a MA degree in International Affairs and with a mind full of jokes, joie-de-vivre, and patience.
As a dialogue facilitator, an image coach and a translator working for more than 10 years for the Federal Office for the Environment Elsa offers an expertise in communication and language services with a specialisation in the fields of environment and sustainability. She has a talent for conveying meaning and bringing out the essence be it by asking powerful questions, finding the right words or with visual means. She joined the Practitioners’ circle, collaboratio’s design & facilitation team in 2020.
Luea Ritter works internationally across sectors to guide design and transition processes that embrace the challenge and potential of our times. She thrives within complexity, and through a diverse medley of fields has developed a high sensitivity for context-based social dynamics.
Christine is a Holistic Coach - Focus Emotional Competence Development, Dialog Facilitator and ToF (Trainer of Dialogue Facilitators). In 2014 she founded her consulting firm BeziehungsDesign. Since 2017 she is part of the facilitator team of collaboratio helvetica and has played a decisive role in the Dialogue Training for facilitators. Mid-2019 start with Sidsel Andersen of the association "Alles ist Dialog" - Association for Dialogue Development.
Sarah Friederich is an experienced facilitator specialized in designing and facilitating spaces for dialogue and social innovation. She is passionate about bringing people from different backgrounds, sectors and organizations together in order to develop a deeper understanding of societal challenges and new approaches to solving them.
Katja Breitenmoser hat 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und Grossgruppen sowie in der Ausgestaltung von Partizipationsprozessen. Zudem hat sie 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung bei kantonalen Verwaltungen (SG und AR).
Erica Mazerolle is an experienced facilitator trained in Art of Hosting and Leading from the Emerging Future (MIT).
Through her work as a social innovation professional at Impact Hub, she guides public, private and civic stakeholders on their journey towards cross-sector collaboration.
Nora Wilhelm has a background in youth engagement and active citizenship (see European Youth Parliament). As the Co-Founder and Catalyst of collaboratio helvetica, she specialised in collaboration, self-organising, ecosystem leadership, systemic change and social innovation. Beyond facilitating multi stakeholder processes and Social Innovation Labs, she is a renowned young leader, advocate and speaker, recognised for her work by the Swiss government, UNESCO and a variety of other institutions.
Anna is a Swiss-Finnish facilitator and certified coach. She has a background in intercultural communication and is working as a Catalyst for Gender Equality at collaboratio helvetica. She has worked on organisational development and gender & diversity issues in the NGO sector and acted as a facilitator and trainer in multicultural settings both in Switzerland and abroad.
