The Project Nursery is a virtual (and sometimes physical) workspace created by the collaboratio helvetica team to provide accompaniment and concrete hands-on support for changemakers in the early phase development of their ideas and projects. It aims to become a bridge between learning (both topic-specific knowledge and awareness-based systems change methodologies) and doing (moving into action with a specific project).

We welcome people who are seeking ways to transform their current organisation or work field, or who are exploring how to create a new project.The Project Nursery is designed for individuals who have completed the Catalyst Lab or changemakers who have completed other learning journeys with collaboratio helvetica and are well-versed in awareness-based change methodologies, complexity management, and systems thinking.

The Project Nursery provides support at every stage of early-phase project development. We offer support and expertise in context mapping, systems thinking, intervention planning, strategy development, team dynamics, leadership, inner resilience, collaborative skills, network building, fundraising, storytelling, communication, and stakeholder relationship management.

We recommend to sign up for three months, which can be renewed upon completion if needed.

The participation fee per project is CHF 400 per month, and CHF 1000 for three months. This fee includes weekly coaching sessions and invitations to our network and peer support events.
