Bundling Forces – A Changemaker Workshop for More Effective Collaboration

The Changemaker Workshop “Bundling Forces” has been brought to life in collaboration with One Planet Lab and Impact Hub Zürich. The event brought together representatives from foundations, institutions, NGOs, NPOs, SMBs, start-ups and project leaders. In a moderated format, we focused on key questions around funding, impact, and the necessary networks for systemic change. The main questions we addressed were: How can we join forces to explore new funding avenues for systemic change and increase our impact? What levers are available to us to maximise and showcase our collective impact? How can we collaborate more effectively and support one another to achieve greater impact?

In addition to the discussion rounds, Nathalie Moral from the Clima Now Foundation, Fabienne Angst from Stiftung Schweiz, Linda Sulzer from the Bureau for Courage, and Béatrice Scarioni from Dripstone Impact Consulting each gave brief input presentations on their work and the workshop's key questions.

The workshop generated substantial momentum and facilitated a shared understanding of diverse approaches and challenges, inspired fresh ideas, and fostered valuable relationships among participants.
