• How the impact loop can support you and your work
• How to work consciously with it in diverse situations and contexts
• How to apply and combine the outer and inner aspects on a personal, group, and organisational level
• How a more intentional personal practice with its different aspects can enhance the effectiveness - both on a personal level as well as for projects of systemic relevance

• Learn how to update the operating code in our societal systems through a shift in consciousness from ego-system to eco-system awareness
• Get introduced to a framework that explains the root causes of today’s societal challenges (3 divides)
• Learn about the levels of listening and how the way we pay attention influences the outcome of conversations and collaborations

• Learn what it means to go beyond fighting symptoms, and to identify and tackle the root causes of systemic issues
• Learn more about the requirements for systemic change and get to know how to foster social innovation

In this call, we will explore how a better understanding of trauma's impact can drive personal, relational, and societal healing, and how it can catalyse systems change and a more sustainable and regenerative future. Natalia Bayurova will share about her knowledge and expertise within this field.
