November's Community Call on Trauma Awareness and Applied Trauma Sensitivity

Trauma Awareness and Applied Trauma Sensitivity Natalia Bayurova

The monthly Community Call is a digital get-together open to anyone interested, in and beyond the community. Each month, we focus on a specific topic, creating a shared space for discussion, exchange of ideas and reflection.

Trauma Awareness and Applied Trauma Sensitivity:
How can they foster healing and contribute to systems change?

In this call, we will explore how a better understanding of trauma's impact can drive personal, relational, and societal healing, and how it can catalyse systems change and a more sustainable and regenerative future. We will delve into key concepts such as the different types of trauma, the role of self- and co-regulation of the nervous system, and the importance of being trauma-aware and responsive. Participants will also engage in reflective exercises and discussions to deepen their understanding and explore how they can integrate these principles into their own lives and communities.

Facilitators:
The call will be hosted by Diana Oser, collaboratio helvetica’s community & partnership coordinator, and our guest Natalia Bayurova.
