The societal challenges that we are facing today are very complex and can feel overwhelming. In this context, the following questions are relevant: How can we make sense of the complex interrelations in a system? How can we have a look at the bigger picture and gain a more holistic understanding of the challenges? What are the deeper laying dynamics that give rise to the multiple symptomes that we can observe at the surface? Where do we even start when wanting to contribute to systems change? In this workshop, you will get an introduction to the iceberg model framework that can help make sense of the system you are working with.
