Melany Poppe Zamorano is pursuing an M.A. in Integrated Water Resources Management in Köln, Germany. She is an environmental engineer, holds an M.A. in Natural Resources from Chile, and has been working in risk management and climate adaptation, water governance, and the development of system thinking training. She is part of the U Go! Team, a group of students that promote Theory U for sustainable transformation and work at Inner Green Deal (IGD), a German non-profit organization that emphasizes the importance of mindfulness and inner transformation for sustainability. By raising awareness and designing projects for a more sustainable society, Melany aims to contribute to collaborative strategies that allow for positive transformation towards more sustainability, equity, and resilience.
