Sidsel Andersen
Sidsel Andersen is an experienced facilitator and uses grounding techniques paired with a practical process oriented approach. She specialises in addressing conflicts and tensions in group settings by creating profound interpersonal connections through conversation while working on the individual, collective, and societal levels. Sidsel sees herself as a fish moving with the flow, using the fluidity of each moment to recognise and sometimes capture the transformative potential present in every situation.
Sidsel is a co-founder of Seinheit and Whocards and is also part of step into action. She is a coach and supervisor in Process Oriented Psychology, a trainer in Radical Collaboration, and has run her own programs for Dialogue Facilitation. With her KaosPilots education and Council Guide Training, Sidsel has equipped herself with powerful tools from many different worlds. At collaboratio helvetica, she is the co-host of the 5th edition of the Catalyst Lab.
