Collaboratio helvetica Introduces a New Value-Based Pricing Model for the Fifth Edition of the Catalyst Lab
July 11, 2024, Bern
Collaboratio helvetica is experimenting with a new value-based pricing model for the Catalyst Lab.
In September 2024 collaboratio helvetica launches the fifth edition of Catalyst Lab, their flagship learning program for awareness-based system change on the topic of intergenerational combining.
The aim is to explore how to merge future needs with the demands of the present through collective learning and new ways of collaboration.
With the Agenda 2030, the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), and the IDGs (Inner Development Goals), positive and sustainable change is at the forefront of the minds of companies and individuals. By promoting a systemic approach, collaboratio helvetica believes that changemakers and their teams can have a deeper impact with their work: instead of symptom fighting, the aim is to effectively address the root causes of today’s challenges.
New pricing model - Value-based
Enforcing collaboratio helvetica’s mission to contribute to systems change, and their commitment to accessible and meaningful learning, they are excited to announce a significant update for the upcoming Catalyst Lab – the value-based pricing model. With this experimental, new pricing model, participants will pay 2000 CHF to cover the hard costs of rental space, accommodation, food, etc. At the end of their learning journey, participants will decide how much to contribute to collaboratio helvetica, based on their financial means and the value they have gained from the Catalyst Lab.
The Catalyst Lab - Intergenerational combining
Starting September this year, collaboratio helvetica will launch the 5th edition of its Catalyst Lab. With this program, collaboratio helvetica empowers dedicated changemakers and their teams to have a deeper systemic impact with their work. For 9 months, the Catalyst Lab will focus on intergenerational combining which explores the gap between generations in our society through new ways of collaboration and mutual learning to merge future needs with the demands of the present. In groups, they will design and develop interventions that address the generational topic within their local context.
For the past five years, collaboratio helvetica has used the Catalyst Lab to empower individuals and communities to address issues by focusing on root causes instead of symptom fighting. The Catalyst Lab is for anyone looking to better understand systemic change and how they can implement it themselves. It aims to empower participants to become agents of systemic change through a comprehensive learning and design process.
