Kaspar Paur

Curious and purpose-driven, Kaspar Paur is fuelled by his passion for creating life-affirming systems in community living, food choices, relating, and education. He has worked in various positions over the last 15 years, including management consulting, e-commerce leadership, and as the founder of Oceaneers, an environmental organisation that promotes ocean-aligned food choices. Holding a B.A. in International Relations (Geneva & Granada) and an M.A. in Marketing (Lugano & Cape Town), Kaspar has spent the last decade living primarily in South Africa. He embraces inner work such as Vipassana meditation and offers coaching based on the concepts of the Conscious Leadership Group.

As Key Account Lead at collaboratio helvetica (May 2023 - Sep 2024), Kaspar built and fostered relationships with our key stakeholders, while he managed our community of facilitators and moderators.
