Philipp Osterwalder is a passionate climber who holds a B.A. in biology from the University of Zurich. His work experiences range from roles in customer service and retail management to co-founding a start-up selling chili-related products. Deeply invested in inner development, he is currently working on “Posfluence”, a new project that aims to provide coaching and training that helps people find their purpose and fulfillment in life while simultaneously having a positive effect on the world. Philipp believes in the driving force of purpose-driven development, and its positive influence on systems change. By seeking and encouraging collaborations, he aims to contribute to a more harmonious and just world that is guided by the common purpose of achieving positive social and environmental impact.
