Miriam Nietlispach is an experienced product designer and project manager. For more than 10 years, she has been working for Tribecraft, a company that offers innovation, design and engineering for the development of new products and services. The 39-year-old from Aarau now wants to dedicate her expertise to sustainability. She is about to co-found an R&D lab that explores sustainable futures and provides development support for approaching the challenges systemically. The mother of two children has also co-founded a school that offers a learning environment in which children can develop their individual potential and pursue their affinity to discovery.
