Elsa Hoessli is a professional translator, freelance facilitator and mediator, dedicated to fostering dialogue and participatory solutions for systemic challenges. Holding a Licentiate in International Relations and with years of experience working at the Federal Office for the Environment, she now focuses on democracy innovation initiatives such as citizens’ assemblies. Elsa is passionate about creating spaces where people from different sectors can understand each other and where traditionally underrepresented voices can be included. Her goal as a facilitator and mediator is to help bridge divides and facilitate meaningful conversations that lead to long-lasting solutions.
