Ainhoa Martinelli is a relentless questioner, constantly seeking to comprehend the world around her. She currently studies Geography to deepen her understanding of the social and environmental sciences. Ainhoa has worked in diverse environments like Montessori childcare centers, primary schools, cafes, and sports camps – experiences that have enabled her to explore and better understand how people learn and what shapes their behavior. As an active Klimastreik Schweiz and Global Youth Biodiversity Network member, she is deeply engaged in promoting and inspiring sustainable living. Ainhoa perceives the climate crisis as a symptom of societal disconnection and has therefore dedicated herself to fostering change and inclusivity in decision-making spaces, aiming to enhance and establish safe spaces for work and life.
