Nico Philips is an advocate for global collaboration and moral leadership. With an academic background in construction management and architectural technology, he has worked in an award-winning start-up providing off-grid plug&play solar energy solutions in the Global South, before transitioning toward initiatives (like the School for Moral Ambition) to help people shift their careers to tackle the biggest challenges of our time. His current project, Creating Moral Leaders, is under development and seeks to cultivate morally ambitious leaders who shape regenerative well-being societies through long-term systems change. Nico is committed to empowering leaders to use their talents and abilities to foster long-lasting and sustainable partnerships that enhance collaboration across sectors and regions.
