Milena Eberharter is the project co-coordinator at UniNEtZ and co-chairwoman of the UniEtZ plenum, where she established a variety of platforms within our sustainability network that facilitate awareness, contemplation, discourse, and training. Milena is a passionate advocate for social justice, working to address power imbalances, discrimination and structural hierarchies that hinder progress. Her objective is to establish inclusive environments within educational institutions that facilitate dialogue, reflection and empowerment. With a background in organisation studies and development work, she is committed to ensuring that all practices are fair and free from discrimination and that all environments embrace diversity.
