Jessyca Isidoro is an international changemaker with a proven track record in building partnerships and guiding organisations through digital transformation. She is committed to embedding cultural change as a fundamental aspect of strategic planning while fostering an open and inclusive communication culture to drive customer success. Her curiosity and adventurous mindset are reflected in her passion for stepping out of her comfort zone to explore outdoor adventures as a Black woman. Shaped by her lifelong experiences facing a lack of representation rooted in systemic and structural patterns, she founded Colour Your Trail, a networking platform with the mission of promoting greater diversity and inclusion by increasing the visibility and participation of BPoC in Switzerland’s outdoor spaces.
