Our new project nursery - the ELABORATORIUM - is a support space for developing an idea into a living project, and weave it into the beautiful ecosystem of Swiss changemakers. It invites a deep transdisciplinary exploration of systems and systems change. Primarily intended for Catalysts already familiar with awareness-based change methodologies, principles of complexity management, and systems thinking, it is built on many years of experience working with and supporting Catalysts engaged in systems level change processes. 

We offer help with every stage of early-phase project development for systems-level, transformative initiatives, including context mapping, systems thinking and intervention planning, strategy development, team work and leadership, inner resilience, collaborative skills, network weaving, as well as fundraising, story-telling, communication, and stakeholder relationship management.
