Once a month we get together as community to celebrate, to welcome our new members, to share what moves us and to shape our communty. In this call we are going to talk about self care in the context of systemic and planetary crises. As changemakers it can be challenging to take care of ourselves and balance working in the current system and seeking or receiving help.
We will explore answers to the following questions:
How do we care for ourselves in the context of a systemic crisis?
How do we give space to emotions and needs in our work?
How can we act regeneratively?
How can we care? About ourselves, about each other, about the planet?
Please invite your friends and whoever you feel would benefit from getting to know the collaboratio helvetica community. We are happy to connecting with you. Free of charge!
