"You can’t compete externally if you can’t first collaborate internally. "
— Jim Tamm, Senior Judge and co-founder of Radical Collaboration
During the two hours, we will be introducing Radical Collaboration®, an experiential learning method for developing individual skills that reduces defensive behavior and builds trust-based relationships. Radical Collaboration® teaches how to skillfully navigate conflicts and turn adversarial situations into situations of trust and collaboration. It builds on five essential collaborative skills: We discover how collaboration begins with the inner work of individuals. Looking at ourselves enables us to take responsibility for our contribution to a successful collaboration and to a “green zone” environment.
In this workshop you will:
Learn how to create a high trust, collaborative environment
Learn the five skills to build collaborative relationships
Become aware of your own defensive behaviour and take responsibility for them
Reduce conflicts at the workplace and in your life in general
