May's Community Call on Citizens’ Assemblies
Join us for our community call to learn about concrete examples of national Citizens’ Assemblies in Switzerland and explore their capacity to enhance democratic participation. Jany Barraut and Sarah Friederich, who have been part of the process design and facilitation teams of the Citizens’ Assembly on Food Policy and the Future Council U24 on Mental Health, are going to share about their experiences, answer questions and explore topics you might want to discuss further.

April's Community Call about Reflections on Youth4Switzerland
Join us for our community call to learn about the Youth4Switzerland project with Loukina Tille and Katalin Hausel. Loukina Tille, Catalyst, former team member and co-lead of Youth4Switzerland, will discuss how the initiative came about, and share the hurdles she encountered as well as the successes she achieved.
March's Community Call on Rethinking Ownership for a Sustainable Economy
Join us for our community call to talk about rethinking ownership for a sustainable economy with Annina Menzi from Purpose Switzerland. She will explain the basics of steward ownership, and together, we’ll explore its fundamental aspects. You will understand the relevance and influence of ownership structures on the fundamental dynamics of entrepreneurship and their impact on a New Economy towards more responsibility and purpose.
February's Community Call on Reconnecting through play
Join us for our community call to talk about reconnecting with your true self through play with Jose Antonio Gordillo Martorell, founder of Cultural Inquiry. “All grown-ups were once children... but only a few of them remember it” (The Little Prince, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry). Together, we will explore to reconnect with the joy of discovering things for the first time as you did as a child: the first time you saw a star, the first time you tasted a lemon, the first time you touched the snow.
January's Community Call on Leading Positive Change
Join us for our community call to talk about the power of engaging stakeholders with Julia Bodin, founder of Let’s Talk Waste. She will share insights on how stakeholder engagement was a key element of success in the collaboration with Swiss luxury watchmaker Breitling, a company who committed to reach zero plastic waste in their operations by 2025.
Stars & Sips: End-of-Year Celebration
As the year draws to a close, we are excited to invite you to our End-of-Year Celebration under the motto „Stars & Sips“! Join us on the top floor of our office building, where we come together in the cafeteria to enjoy some non-alcoholic mulled wine and other beverages. The rooftops of Mattenhofstrasse will greet you under the stars if you decide to step out to the balcony to mingle – all the while sipping on your hot beverage.
December's Community Call on Emotions at Work
Join us to talk about emotions at work with Alexandra Choutko. She supports people, start-ups, and organisations on their journey towards transformation, and is especially interested in exploring the deep root causes of issues and recognising engrained patterns that can be deconstructed and rebuilt to foster well-being. Alexandra is a catalyst in collaboratio helvetica’s current fourth edition of the Catalyst Lab for the climate.
