Once a month we get together as community to celebrate, to welcome our new members, to share what moves us and to shape our communty. In this call we are going to talk about distributed leadership and self-organisation. We are going to learn and discuss the core principles of self-organised teams like circles, roles and accountabilities, operational and governance meetings.
